1物質人文環境
實訓室物質人文環境屬于硬件,是看得見、摸得著的,是學生生存和發展的前提和條件。包括實訓室建筑風格、裝修、裝飾、儀器設備的布置等。我們利用新校園建設的契機,對護理實訓室的裝修、布局最大限度地按照工作環境要求設計,也就是按照醫院病房設計病室、護士站、治療室等。空間的裝飾也要模仿醫院的真實場景,設備陳列盡量模擬病房,給學生以真實的感覺,培養學生的角色意識。
2精神人文環境
人文精神主要體現在師生的價值取向、行為方式、道德規范等方面。我們在實訓室建設中主要從校風、教風、學風、班風、人際關系和集體輿論上設置符合護理專業職業道德標準的運行和管理模式。一方面采取名人名言、圖畫上墻來體現“立德立志,善學善能”的校園文化和“扶傷濟世,愛心、耐心、細心、責任心”的醫院文化[3];另一方面從學生禮儀、語言、服飾、溝通能力以及實訓教師的真實工作情境的構建出發,盡可能按照醫院工作過程來組織實訓教學。在情景教學中,教師就像一位體貼入微的護士,呵護、關愛病人,學生的人文精神在模仿中得到提升。總之,要使學生一進入實訓中心,就能得到良好的精神熏陶。
3制度人文環境
制度人文環境是實訓室的內在機制,是實訓室正常運行的有力保障。為了使實訓室安全、正常、可靠運行,我們制訂了一系列實訓室管理制度并懸掛在墻上,比如在進門大廳懸掛“護理實訓室管理制度”,在實訓室內有各種實訓操作規程。隨著各種制度的落實和推行,使護理專業學生的行為逐漸由他律變為自律,并逐漸養成職業習慣,養成護理制度文化的自覺性。學生進入臨床實訓室的服飾、禮儀都有嚴格規定,實訓室設有專門的穿衣鏡,保證學生著裝規范進入實訓室,大廳、走廊懸掛我校學生穿著各式護士裝的照片,增加了學生對白衣天使形象的好感,認識到護士的形象是美麗的。每一實訓操作均以案例形式出現,配有標準的操作前解釋、操作中指導、操作后囑托的規范語言。讓學生在這樣的規范流程中從不會到會,從會到熟練,再到融會貫通,熟能生巧,有利于培養學生的溝通能力,使學生在重復中形成習慣,最后變成一種內化的職業習慣。

中等職業技術學校園藝專業開設《觀賞植物栽培學》、《果樹栽培學》、《植物保護學》和《園林規劃與設計》等多門課程。這些課程在生產實踐中應用性都很強,其教學的重點應放在提高學生的實踐操作能力上,使學生的理論知識水平與專業技能都能得到充分的提高或加強。生產實踐是整個教學過程中絕不可少的重要環節,亦是培養中等職業技術學校園藝專業學生專業操作技能的重要途徑。注重實踐教學,不但能夠鍛煉學生的專業操作技能,同時也使教師的業務能力和科研水平得到提高,形成教學相長的良性互動。
1.2中等職業技術學校園藝專業加強實踐教學的必要性
目前,在該專業實踐教學中存在著很多問題。為克服這些問題,有必要對園藝專業實踐課的教學進行新一輪的改革,形成有利于提高學生職業能力和實踐能力的人才培養模式。
1.2.1教學觀念未能滿足人才市場的要求,過分強調理論的指導性,忽視實踐的能動性,理論教學與實踐教學相脫節。
1.2.2實踐教學的內容、方法的針對性不強,未能針對學生在生產實踐中薄弱環節去安排操作技能的訓練,未能針對生產過程的系統性訓練學生的職業技能,往往是按照教條或經驗開展實踐教學。在內容上,教師對理論知識講授較多,學生對專業技能操作較少。在教學方法上,驗證性、演示性實驗多,綜合實習少。
1.2.3實習基地建設有待加強。一方面,校企合作難以開展,校外實習基地的建設簡直就是紙上談兵。企業怕影響生產,從自身目前的利益出發,對學生實習持不歡迎、不合作的態度,學校在第三學年無法統一安排學生進企業,到校外實習基地進行頂崗實習,使學生沒有機會在實際崗位進行操作訓練,學生職業技能培養力度不夠。另一方面,校內實習基地設施、設備不夠完善。
1.2.4園藝專業實習指導教師被看成教輔人員,待遇偏低,教學的積極性受到了挫傷。部分園藝專業學生對參加實踐教學缺乏主動性、積極性,隨便應付,遲到、早退、缺席等現象屢見不鮮。
1.2.5實踐教學的考評措施單調。在《觀賞植物栽培學》、《果樹栽培學》、《植物保護學》和《園林規劃與設計》等課程的考評中,許多教師平時僅是布置學生把一些定義、操作步驟抄寫在作業本上,以應付檢查。期末,僅僅采用紙質試卷安排學生進行理論知識的考試。同時,某些教師專業操作技能本身就很差,未能形成具備系統性、科學性和激勵性的實踐教學試題庫及其成績評價標準,無法準確地、科學地評價學生在實踐教學中的成績。由于未能充分發揮考評對實踐教學的指揮棒作用,因此,學生對實習缺乏積極性、主動性和創造性,實踐教學的效果和質量被大打折扣。
2、中等職業技術學校加強實踐教學改革的措施
2.1重視實踐教學,為實踐教學營造良好條件
近年來,園藝企業更為看重的還是應聘者具有的特殊才能和實際能力。因此,為適應人才市場的需求,學生的實踐能力將成為中等職業技術學校園藝專業培養目標的一個根本要求,也將成為衡量學生素質的重要標志。實踐教學是課堂教學的延伸和補充。課堂講授能引導學生掌握園藝專業的基本知識和基本技能,實踐教學能引導學生通過實際操作將課堂上學到的知識應用到解決實際問題中。實踐教學的優勢在于教學過程的直觀化、形象化、生動化和個性化,有利于培養學生的綜合素質、職業能力和應用能力。因此,我們應把實踐教學和理論教學放到同等重要的位置,真正重視實踐教學,采取行之有效的措施以充分調動師生開展實踐教學的積極性,建立一些穩定的、設施完善的校內外實訓基地,為實踐教學營造良好條件。
2. 2通過基礎項目啟動學生的求知欲
如今的學生都是從學校到學校,沒有太多的實踐經驗,有些甚至對身邊的植物也知之甚少,但他們又想認識更多花紅葉綠的植物,一堂植物學的"植物品種認識"實訓課,讓學生們在興奮的狀態中,收獲了實用知識,使一些連羅漢松與桂花樹也分不清的學生,認識了起碼50種以上的植物。同樣地,我們利用校園綠化資源安排的 "花卉品種的認識"和"插花技巧"訓練項目,融入理論教學的內容,使學生在實踐訓練的同時,收獲了實用知識,學生也能一直以積極的態度參與,全然沒有厭學的表現。
